These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) regulate the conditions of purchase for the various products offered on our website: www.voranex.com, owned by Multi Liberty S.L., a Spanish company with tax ID number B27852839, registered address: Calle Cruces de San Juan, 47, 35015 – Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Las Palmas, Spain.

Users who make purchases on voranex.com fully accept these general conditions and are bound by them as if they had been signed at the time of purchase. It is essential to read and accept the general conditions before purchasing any product on www.voranex.com.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

Voranex reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. The terms and conditions will always be accessible on the website so that users can consult or print them at any time.

Prices and sales conditions are not binding and may be modified according to market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the order form implies acceptance of the proposed price and the general conditions in effect at that time. Once the order has been confirmed, the purchase is considered fully completed, with all the legal guarantees that protect the buyer as a consumer. From that moment, the prices and conditions become contractually binding and may not be modified without the express consent of both parties.

The contract is drafted in Spanish. The electronic document formalizing the contract will be archived and accessible to the user through their customer account.

Voranex reserves the right to deny and/or suspend access to the services offered on www.voranex.com in cases of bad faith, violation of applicable law, breach of these general conditions, and/or fraudulent activity by this company and/or any of its suppliers.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 30 calendar days from receipt of the goods, without needing to justify their decision and without penalty.

To facilitate this process and ensure a quick and simple return, Voranex recommends using the electronic withdrawal form available on our website.

The consumer is only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to:

  • The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the seller and which may occur during the withdrawal period.

  • The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

Once the returned goods are received, we will refund the purchase amount according to the payment method used:

  • If paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to your account within 48 to 72 hours.

  • If paid via PayPal, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.

  • If paid by bank transfer, we will request your bank account number for the refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 48 business hours to appear in your bank account.

For all other payment methods, we will request your account details for the refund. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their condition and functioning.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and properly protected. No stickers, seals, or adhesive tape should be applied directly to the product or its packaging. Otherwise, Voranex reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once the return form has been completed and sent, you will receive detailed instructions by email on how to ship the product back to our facilities. You must return the goods immediately, and in any case, no later than 30 calendar days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal.

After receiving the goods and verifying that they are in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund. Any payments received will be reimbursed.

For the return of promotional items or gifts, the complete package (main item plus gift) must be returned in full in order for the refund to be processed.

3. WARRANTY

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse of the product and/or handling not necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or proper functioning. In such cases, the consumer shall bear the cost of any repair.

Therefore, the warranty excludes:

  • Defects or damage caused by external factors, accidents (including electrical incidents), wear and tear, or improper use of Voranex products.

  • Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or any unauthorized third party, as well as products covered by a special service agreement.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations that require a refund to the customer via bank transfer are subject to a maximum administrative processing period of 30 days, with a standard processing time of up to 7 days.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Online dispute resolution for consumers under Article 14, paragraph 1, of Regulation (EU) 524/2013:
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR).

6. APPLICABLE LAW

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Spanish law, particularly Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, as well as other complementary legislation.
